The exchange process was fine overall, but the return took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than expected. In the end, I’d say it was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a question about my order, and support got back to me quick. It wasn’t perfect perfect, but they were nice about it and got everything fixed, so I’m happy with it.

i mean, the polo I ordered from bobbyjones.com seems like a nice shirt overall. The material and quality felt totally fine, so no complaints there.

The sizing just threw me off a bit. I usually wear a large, but this one felt kind of wide through the body while also being a little shorter than I expected. The sleeves were fine though.

The site looks clean overall, and the golf feel matches the Bobby Jones brand well. The photos are nice, the layout is easy to follow, I didn’t really have trouble finding my way around.

That said, the design felt a bit basic in a few places. Some of the product pages seemed kind of empty too, it’s not bad by any means, just not something that really stuck with me

I ordered a polo from bobbyjones.com i was disappointed. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot nicer, but the fabric was thin and kind of cheap. After just one wash, it already looked like I’d owned it for months.

The fit was off too, boxy through the body but tight in the shoulders, which made it uncomfortable. What really annoyed me is how these brands seem to hide behind little policy loopholes when something doesn’t live up to expectations, so you’re basically stuck with an overpriced shirt that feels nowhere near premium. I won’t be buying again.

I was really hoping this shirt would be soft and easy to wear, especially for the price, but it felt kind of stiff and awkward on me. I kept thinking maybe it would loosen up after a bit, but after a few hours it started rubbing around my neck and got annoying. I’m disappointed because I was expecting something a lot more comfortable.
